Everything
you'd want to know.

Pricing. Installation. Timelines. Warranty. Family use. Maintenance. Eleven questions we hear most often, answered straight. Anything not here, write us — we'll answer honestly.

Every installation is custom-designed and priced based on materials, size, and how it integrates with your home. Most fall within the range of a meaningful kitchen renovation.

The first conversation is free. After the design step, you have a fixed quote — no surprises, no change-order games.

Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County. For projects outside those areas, ask us — we travel for the right one.

Most projects run two to three months end to end — a few weeks of design, a few weeks of build in Southern California, and a few days on site for install and walkthrough. You'll have a fixed schedule after the design step.

Both. We design and build for either, including built-in-to-existing-room conversions — a corner of the bath, a closet, a basement.

The dedicated electrical run is typically pulled by a licensed electrician. We coordinate directly with yours, or recommend one we work with regularly.

We coordinate permitting where required. Indoor saunas are usually straightforward. Outdoor structures occasionally need a survey or HOA review, which we help you navigate.

Minimal. A quick wipe-down after a sauna session. The plunge runs itself — UV and ozone sanitation, no chlorine, no chemistry to manage.

Our annual care visit handles the deep service if you'd rather we do it.

Yes. All equipment is UL-listed and code-compliant, and we install a child-safe insulated cover that locks. Cold immersion for kids should be brief and supervised — we walk through guidance during install.

1-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

Yes. We work with home-improvement lenders that offer monthly financing on installations of this size. We'll introduce you during your consultation.

Custom, permitted home wellness installations attract — and reward — the kind of buyer who pays for the kind of home you've built.
